First of all, you need to get all of your ingredients together. Make sure that you have everything you need. You’ll need to have a cup of ripe avocado sliced up. A cup of salsa is also needed. You need 1-3 whole eggs and 2-3 egg whites. Make sure you also have on hand 2-4 turkey bacon slices, an orange, and 2-3 cups of fresh spinach.
How to Make It
To make this tasty breakfast fiesta, you’ll need to start out by cooking up the turkey bacon. As you are cooking the bacon, take the spinach and start to wilt it. You an do this in the pan that you plan on making the eggs in.
Next you add the eggs to the pan where you are wilting the spinach. Scramble the spinach and eggs together. Make sure you take a moment to flip your bacon as well so it doesn’t burn. Then take the avocado and cut it up. Add into the egg mixture. Take the bacon and cut it up. Once you have it in small pieces, add the turkey bacon to the egg mixture as well.
